SUBLET or SWAP IN ABRUZZO, ITALY

Attention friends in the San Francisco Bay Area:

I'm headed back to San Francisco in September 2026 and am looking for a place to live and work for 3 months and perhaps longer. It's been 8 years since I left the Bay for Italy, and I am now hoping to reconnect with the Bay Area and eventually set up a new home-base. In the meantime, I am looking for a temporary place to land and get my feet on the ground.

I have a gorgeous one bedroom apartment in the tiny mountain village of Fontecchio (two hours from Rome by car), that I can offer as a sublet or swap. I need a place sooner rather than later, but also feel free to contact me if it is something that may interest you in the more distant future (this arrangement can also be madein 2027).

More details below.

Cordiale salute,

Todd Thomas

P.S. I also have another apartment for a 3-month work/trade arrangement, someone to take care of certain responsibilities (roughly 8-9hrs per week) with the "Fontecchio International Airport" project while I am away. Could be good for an emerging artist/arts professional that wants some time/experience abroad.
